What is InviteFlow?
InviteFlow is a web app for photo studios and invitation makers in India. You make animated invitation websites for your clients (weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, inaugurations, Garba and more), share them as a link on WhatsApp, and collect RSVPs. Each invitation carries your studio name.
Who is InviteFlow for?
Photo studios, wedding photographers and videographers, invitation card designers, printing and card shops, and event planners who want to sell digital invitations to their clients.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get 7 days with every template and unlimited invitations. No card is needed. When the trial ends, invitations made in the trial stop opening until you choose a plan.
How much does InviteFlow cost?
There are three studio plans: Monthly ₹400 / month, Half-yearly ₹800 / 6 months, Annual ₹1,500 / year. All prices include GST. The Monthly plan includes 50 essential templates and the Basic editor; Half-yearly includes every premium template except the Special templates; Yearly includes every template, the Special templates (like Rajdwar, with palace doors that open) and the Advanced Creative Editor when it launches.
Is there auto-debit or a contract?
No. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed period. You renew only if you want to.
How many invitations can I make?
Unlimited, on every plan.
Will my clients see the InviteFlow name?
On paid plans, no. Invitation links open on a neutral invitation domain and show your studio name with Call and WhatsApp buttons.
Which occasions can I make invitations for?
Wedding, engagement, reception, 1st birthday, 25th anniversary, baby shower, housewarming (Griha Pravesh), shop or office inauguration and Navratri Garba.
Can the invitation be in Hindi?
Yes. Every invitation can be in English, Hindi or both. Names typed in English can be shown in Devanagari.
How do RSVPs work?
Guests reply inside the invitation with how many people are coming. Replies arrive in your studio account (export to CSV), and the couple or host gets a private RSVP page.
Can I edit an invitation after sharing it?
Yes. Edit any time; the same link shows the change straight away.
How long does an invitation stay online?
As long as your studio plan is active.
Can my client download the invitation?
Yes. Once an invitation is published you can download it as a PDF e-card. A video version of the invitation is available as a paid add-on.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Prices include GST, and you can add your GSTIN at payment to get a tax invoice for input credit.
How do I pay?
Online through a secure PhonePe checkout: UPI, cards or net banking.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. Share your studio’s referral link. When a studio you referred buys its first paid plan, you earn ₹100 (Monthly), ₹200 (Half-yearly) or ₹400 (Yearly), which you can withdraw to UPI.
