Best wedding invitation website makers in India for photo studios (2026): InviteFlow vs Invitima vs Invifest vs Crafty Art vs Canva

31 October 2026 · 6 min read · InviteFlow team

More and more couples share their wedding card as a link on WhatsApp. For a photo studio this is a real opportunity: you already have the family’s trust and their photos, and an invitation website is a natural add-on to your package. The question is which tool to use.

We compared five popular options from the point of view of a studio that wants to make invitations for many clients, not a couple making one invitation for themselves. That changes what matters: price per invitation, whose name the guests see, and how fast you can make the next one.

Full disclosure: this post is written by the InviteFlow team, and InviteFlow is one of the five. We have tried to be fair. Every fact about the other tools comes from their own websites as we found them on 30 October 2026. Where we could not confirm something, we say “not found” instead of guessing. Prices change, so please check each website before you decide.

The short answer

  • You are a studio and want to sell invitations to many clients under your own name: a studio subscription like InviteFlow is usually the cheapest per invitation.
  • You want someone else to design each invitation by hand: Invifest is a done-for-you service with a partner programme for studios.
  • A couple wants one invitation for themselves: Invitima sells single invitations at a low one-time price.
  • You mostly need image cards and video invites, not websites: Crafty Art or Canva are flexible design tools.

1. InviteFlow

InviteFlow is built for studios. You sign up once and make as many invitation websites as you have clients: weddings, engagements, first birthdays, anniversaries, Griha Pravesh, shop openings, baby showers and Navratri Garba.

  • Templates: 100+ animated Indian designs, each with a live demo. Every design opens with its own cover, such as doors, curtains or a seal.
  • For guests: every function with a map and add-to-calendar, RSVP, gallery, music, video, a live countdown, and English or Hindi (Devanagari).
  • For the studio: your studio name on every invitation, links on a neutral invitation domain, RSVP export, a PDF e-card download, and edits that update the same link.
  • Price: one flat plan with unlimited invitations (pricing). The Monthly plan has 50 essential templates; Half-yearly and Yearly have all of them. 7-day free trial, no card needed.
  • Keep in mind: it is a do-it-yourself tool. You (or your team) fill in each invitation, usually in a few minutes. If you want a designer to make each one by hand, a service like Invifest fits better.

2. Invitima

Invitima makes invitation websites “for Indian families” and sells them one at a time.

  • Price: ₹299 to ₹999 per invitation depending on the design, paid once. Each invitation stays live for 3 months and can be renewed. A Business Pack gives 10 credits for ₹4,999, about ₹500 per invitation. The credits are valid for 3 months.
  • Features: RSVP with an exportable guest list, a wishes wall, up to 30 photos, unlimited events, live maps and directions, add-to-calendar, and themes set in Hindi and English. Music is on some themes only.
  • For studios: the Business Pack is the closest option. We did not find studio branding or white-label options, and it is still paid per invitation. One part of the pricing page says RSVP tracking starts from a higher plan, which contradicts the single-invitation listing, so check before you buy.

3. Invifest

Invifest is a done-for-you service: their team makes each invitation website by hand.

  • How it works: the first draft arrives within 3 days (faster on request), with 2 rounds of changes within 7 days. They say the link stays live for life.
  • Price: per design, from ₹2,499 to ₹7,000 for the designs we saw. Add-ons are extra, for example a guest dashboard (₹2,999), a 4K video (₹1,100) or a PDF (₹1,000).
  • Features: RSVP on the same link, a map for every function, music, and a WhatsApp assistant that answers guests’ questions.
  • For studios: they run a partner programme where the studio gifts an Invifest invitation and pays a partner price. We did not find the partner price or any studio branding option.

4. Crafty Art

Crafty Art is a design app with invitation cards, video invitations, PDF tools, caricatures and a wedding website maker.

  • Price: a free tier, and paid plans that were shown to us in US dollars: $9, $19 and $29 a month, with 5, 10 and 30 wedding websites a month. We could not find INR prices.
  • Features: many Hindi designs and a video editor with royalty-free music. We could not confirm RSVP or maps for its websites.
  • For studios: plans are “For 1 User”. “White Labeling” is listed on paid plans, but we could not find what it includes.

5. Canva

Canva is a general design tool that everyone knows. It has a wedding website builder, marketed as free.

  • Good at: flexible design, printable cards, social posts and a huge template library.
  • RSVP: Canva’s own page talks about managing RSVPs, but independent reviews say its RSVP tracking is limited. If RSVP matters to your clients, test it first.
  • For studios: great for designing a card or a reel, but it is not built around invitation websites for many clients, Indian functions or Hindi invitations.

Which one should a photo studio choose?

Ask yourself three questions:

  1. How many invitations will I make in a year? If it is more than a handful, per-invitation pricing adds up fast. A flat plan with unlimited invitations is usually cheaper.
  2. Whose name do guests see? The invitation is shared with hundreds of people. If it carries your studio name and WhatsApp button, every share is free promotion for you.
  3. Who does the work? If you want to make invitations yourself in minutes, pick a do-it-yourself tool. If you want a designer to do it, pick a done-for-you service and add your margin.

Want to see if InviteFlow fits your studio? Browse the templates, open a few live demos, and start the 7-day free trial. Make one invitation for a past client and show it at your next meeting.
