These terms apply when you use inviteflow.in (InviteFlow), operated by The Moment Makers in. By creating an account, starting a trial or paying, you agree to them.

The service

InviteFlow lets studios and individuals create animated online wedding and event invitations from templates, share them by link, collect guest replies and download them as e-cards or videos. Features may change over time.

Free trial

A free trial lets you create and publish unlimited invitations for 7 days, starting from the day you register. When the trial ends, your live invitations are paused automatically. You can subscribe to a plan at any time to bring paused invitations back live.

Plans and designs

• Studio plans (Monthly, Half-yearly, Annual) are prepaid for the chosen period and give unlimited live invitations for that period. They are not auto-renewing subscriptions: when the period ends you can renew from your account.
• Designs and videos bought in the shop are one-time purchases for the period shown at checkout.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases.

Payments

Payments are made online through our payment partner. Your plan or design is activated automatically after the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or have permission to use the photos, names, music and text you upload.
• You will not use the service for unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content, or to harm others or the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Our rights

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms or the law. The templates, designs, code and brand are our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or resold.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan or design concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our place of business.
