Shipping & Delivery Policy

InviteFlow sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges.

Delivery of plans

Your studio plan is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. A confirmation with your sign-in details is sent to the email you gave at checkout, and you can sign in at inviteflow.in/invites/.

Delivery of designs

Designs you buy are unlocked in your account straight after payment. You can then add your details and share the invitation link.

Delivery of videos

Video invitations are prepared by our team after you publish your invitation and request the video. You will receive an email when it is ready, normally within the time shown at checkout.

Problems

If you paid and do not see your plan or design after a few minutes, write to themomentmakers.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9425203860 with your order reference and we will fix it.
